With all that said however, we are disappointed to hear your thoughts regarding our IT organization as our technology workforce is a critical, valued, division of Choice that fuels our overall organizational success. In fact, just last month, Choice proudly announced the transition to the first new global reservation system (GRS) from a hotel company in over 30 years. This transformational project, was led by our technology team, and is a milestone initiative for us. With a focus on the future, our executive leader of Enterprise Operations & Technology has dedicated strategic oversight to our tech associates, aligning our IT initiatives with our business objectives, and partnering even more so as one unified Choice voice. Bold things are happening at Choice and we are working to drive a culture of collaboration, fresh thinking and innovation.
