Ownership would frequently overrule management recommendations Minimum wage No raises No benefits Needed repairs and upgrades to hotel put off until last minute Property management system not efficient, and recommendations to improve the software are ignored

WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

Pros

Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

The experience was only positive.
