      Pros

      I really can't think of any PROS at this point

      Cons

      Upper and mid level management is utterly inept. Decision making is bad, bordering on senseless. The culture is exclusionary with only a chosen few that even have voices as such . I would highly recommend to anyone that takes pride in what they do to keep looking. This isn't the company for you.

      Great support for advancement in all directions

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      Cons

      The experience was only positive.
