Pros

I love the way that Vangent kept me accurate of all information by having me complete job training . they informed me of what changes were being made what scripts to read and how something should be done on a particular program. I loved the fact that we had three breaks off the phone. That gave me time to stretch out my legs and get my mind set.

Cons

There's not too much of a con that I had with this job . I really loved chasing my career . It was a an amazing experience.

WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

Pros

Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

The experience was only positive.
