      Strong culture, employees in some depts generally enjoy working together. Great building and location. Access to senior leaders.

      Cons

      No accountability for bad managers. Vision not well defined - tends to follow the same thing over and over in sourcing bad properties. Reputation is declining in market.

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
