      they give the best earning points to employees, and offer great discounts. easy computer system with many quirks to help the hotel itself. a less stressful company to work for.

      Cons

      rate of pay depending on location. I have worked in Choice hotels in a couple states, rate of pay in not consistent by job description or title.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
