      Great co-workers, every day is different, flexibility, lots of down time to pursue other interests

      Cons

      Choice only cares about making money and not about it's employees Management will take all the credit when things are good and are quick to assign blame when they aren't

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
