      Pros

      Benefits outside of pay were decent, and working on a large portfolio of brands was exciting.

      Cons

      Awful corporate culture. Very old-school boomer mentality. No thought in strategy and everything was cart-before-the-horse. Felt like nothing was thought out ahead of time and very reactionary. Social events felt like management was saying, "Have fun, or else."

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
