      Friendly staff and management, relaxed breaks and good quality rooms. This job has allowed me to grow in many ways.

      Cons

      Front desk agent often has many roles, including: secretary, concierge, housekeeping management, pool testing and cleaning, cooking, maintenance, and cleaning. Low wage has been an issue.

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
