      -lots of autonomy - great culture (fun events, supportive) - encouraged to learn and expand my skillset

      Cons

      Not coming back full-time because growth opportunities are limited for new grads.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
