      The variety of guest you encounter!

      Cons

      The hours worked versus pay. (11 hour shifts for $50 a day while in “training” and then no overtime or holiday pay) The hotel manager runs guest and employees off by how he talks to and treats everyone Training

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
