Payroll misses things from time to time but is quick to fix

My coworkers were the best thing about Christenson. We were like a family and took care of each other. We had alot of fun and knew we could depend on each other.

Upper management isn't good at making the women in the company feel valued at all. Hard to move up the ladder if you are a female. They hire outside of the company most of the time, and pay the men alot more than the women who have been there for several years. The benefits used to be top notch! Alot of that has changed. Not giving what was agreed to at time of hire.
