Pros

Weekends off. Average pay, not low like dealerships and Firestone pays. Most CB shops get real busy.

Cons

Most owners are fake Christians. Terrible people to work for. Insurance benefits are expensive, no guarantee. Almost all managers I have seen in CB are incompetent. They try to use Jesus and God to manipulate you into doing things for free. Not right when you pay strictly commission with no guarantee. Most CB shops have a high turnover. Notice how they are always hiring to fill openings, just like Firestone!

Pros

* Gained strong experience managing a high-volume workload across multiple locations, which significantly improved my time management and operational skills. * Overall, I had many positive years with the company and built valuable professional relationships.

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes led to shifting standards, with teams and managers operating under different expectations and little overall consistency. * The company’s messaging around culture did not always reflect the day-to-day experience. * Employees who approached situations differently from the majority were not always supported, which limited inclusion and innovation.
