Pros

World class technicians most of the time, but their best one just moved back to Dallas cause he couldn't deal with the owners betrayal of individuals any longer. Some community out reach, but only when it really benefits the owner as a tax write off.

Cons

The owner is over bearing, disloyal and a liar. He will promise you the world and then stab you in the back. I now know what it's like to work for an unforgiving selfish and toxic tyrant. Don't trust the staff either there are to many snakes in the grass to count. The owner loves pitting his staff against one another to see who will lie and tell on the other. Some days it felt like I was on the Survivor TV show. The owner is one of the biggest narcissist I have ever encountered. Also the health benefits are very costly. The owner feels that paying for $300.00 a month towards your health care is generous, but they are the most expensive health care costs I have ever encountered. My cost was still nearly another $900.00 a month. Advice to Management

Pros

* Gained strong experience managing a high-volume workload across multiple locations, which significantly improved my time management and operational skills. * Overall, I had many positive years with the company and built valuable professional relationships.

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes led to shifting standards, with teams and managers operating under different expectations and little overall consistency. * The company’s messaging around culture did not always reflect the day-to-day experience. * Employees who approached situations differently from the majority were not always supported, which limited inclusion and innovation.
