Pros

Decent pay, meals were provided.

Cons

Was let go at the end of the year with no clear reason as to why I was let go and was approached by another Christian Brothers but declined the job in favor of another job. After about 6 months I reached back out to the other Christian Brothers that offered me a job, as they said if I ever wanted a position to let them know. Spoke with them multiple time and was told they wanted me and then was completely ghosted. Shortly after the owner of the original Christian Brothers that I worked for asked me "are you open for hire" to which I said yes. We ended up talking on the phone and he wanted me to speak with the new manager, and we met for breakfast and everything went very well. Didn't hear from them for about a month, which they told me they'd have to make room for me, so I ended up reaching out to which I was told "I'll let the manager know, they are processing hang in there" whatever that means. Never heard back from them after that. So I was ghosted by TWO Christian Brothers locations that told me they wanted me back. Even if they changed their mind just let me know it wont work out, don't just ghost people.

Pros

* Gained strong experience managing a high-volume workload across multiple locations, which significantly improved my time management and operational skills. * Overall, I had many positive years with the company and built valuable professional relationships.

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes led to shifting standards, with teams and managers operating under different expectations and little overall consistency. * The company’s messaging around culture did not always reflect the day-to-day experience. * Employees who approached situations differently from the majority were not always supported, which limited inclusion and innovation.
