Pros

-Intellectually stimulating projects -401k matching -Nice location with great restaurants

Cons

-No culture -Below average compensation -Poor benefits (no health, no dental, no vision) -2 weeks vacation / year (regardless of how long you've worked there) -No perks (except free yearly marathon tickets and the occasional cake on special occasions) -Many attempts to commercialize projects have failed -Work gets simply shoved onto others when someone leaves Company is nothing more than a SBIR mill...

A collection of good people of varying industries and backgrounds. A potential of being something amazing as a company.

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations - Hostile work environment (owner has a tendency to go off on people) - Health Insurance / retirement fund is strange to say the least - Owner never takes responsibility for his actions, its always someone elses fault.
