Cons

1. Management is punitive 2. Management finds reasons not to give the nurses raises. 3. Management is a dictatorship 4. Caseloads 85-98 claims and management feels this is acceptable 5. Management is not responsive to nurses period. 6. Los Angeles office nursing supervisors audit cases every day 7. Telephonic case managers are leaving this employer right and left. Management does not care. 8. Positions are not replaced readiily. 9. Worst place I have ever worked in over 20 years of nursing practice.

Pros

Good Benefits, fulfilling work, great learning experience.

Cons

Systems are outdated and most clerical jobs have been outsourced overseas or by AI which makes work more complicated and frustrating than it needs to be. Company structure is all over the place, there are multiple branch managers, team leads, Business Development Managers, marketing managers, commercial underwriting managers, IP Managers, and Regional Managers that you constantly need to report to, when on paper you should only report to 1-3 people max. This leads to a lack of communication and lack of overall understanding of goals and appetite. The blame would normally get shifted on you given that you’re on the bottom of the food chain.
