Company structure is all over the place, there are multiple branch managers, team leads, Business Development Managers, marketing managers, commercial underwriting managers, IP Managers, and Regional Managers that you constantly need to report to, when on paper you should only report to 1-3 people max. This leads to a lack of communication and lack of overall understanding of goals and appetite. The blame would normally get shifted on you given that you’re on the bottom of the food chain.
