Systems are outdated and most clerical jobs have been outsourced overseas or by AI which makes work more complicated and frustrating than it needs to be. Company structure is all over the place, there are multiple branch managers, team leads, Business Development Managers, marketing managers, commercial underwriting managers, IP Managers, and Regional Managers that you constantly need to report to, when on paper you should only report to 1-3 people max.
