      Pros

      Great reputation, good benefits and offers a pension. Good work life balance and depending on the department you're able to work remotely, if needed. Lots of opportunity for internals to move up and the culture is great. Employees are very friendly.

      Cons

      Ace merger is absolutely going to ruin Chubb!!! They're going to lose a lot of good employees and probably customers after ace fully takes over next year. Word of advice, don't come to work for the "new" Chubb, you'll regret it.

      Employee friendly benefits, flexibility with return to office, mature colleagues

      Cons

      Business technology is obsolete, beyond end of life, difficult to use and support. How many different claims systems do you need? 20% staff reduction is in progress so everyone is on edge, waiting to be tapped on the shoulder. Some positions are being backfilled offshore leading to inefficiency.
