Pros
My grade for the company is based on when I left, not my entire tenure. The positives for my position of senior assistant manager were few at the end, I got payed on time, always had a full set of hours, and decent benefits. Job wise Id say the positives were the ability to hire, train and develop crew, learn and interact with all facets of the restaurants financials and operation, opportunity to learn and run any aspect of the business, and the open to door to move up and receive my own store.
Cons
The company I left was a shell of its former self. Impossible labor allowance for the standards expected, poor quality of life and unreasonable expectations for the entire crew, no raises for my my position while new hires started higher, inability to use vacation time, change in direction from providing quality guest service and experience, and a complete culture change away from maintaining a quality work environment for employees. No accountability either.
