When I had the chance to interact with customers, it was enjoyable
Cons
Shift schedules were always a mess and the manager was very unorganized, rude to employees and made for a very negative work environment. In the four months I was there, I never got a name tag even though I asked about it enough times. I was also called in several times for shifts I was not scheduled for 10-30 minutes before they wanted me in and got scolded for not filling in last minute the times I could not make it.
