Pros

I would love to say something positive regarding the prospect of employment with this company, however, I honestly do not believe that they have anything inherently beneficial to offer above and beyond any other comparable employer. The atmosphere could be considered "fun". The looks on the faces of the children provided a significant portion of job satisfaction.

Cons

This particular career was plagued by an atmosphere of extreme micromanagement. The private equity firm that had purchased the company, clearly not invested in human capital, underestimated capital expenditures required for long term growth believing that the brand was much stronger than it actually was. Every decision made was done under extreme scrutiny. Autonomous decision making was a phrase that you might only fond in a handbook because the culture was one of blame and fear that trickled down from the very top.

Pros

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
