      Pros

      Great flexibility with scheduling especially if your in school. Great opportunity for advancement. Good starting company because they hire even if you dont have prior work experience like most jobs today but they hire more so based on personality and potential. Also pretty decent pay.

      Cons

      If your in management it may be hard to balance work/ life relationship.

      Pros

      Can be fast paced and very simple cash set up. Earning commissions is a nice plus. Amazing managers and General manager.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like im sinking when it’s just me at the front and having to do everything (prize, salad bar, dippin dots etc.) It’s easy to get overwhelmed especially during weekends.
