Pros

Employee discount on meals, Requesting off for work is easier than at my current job (as long as two weeks ahead of time), gave me the work experience I needed to put on applications for a more respecting job.

Cons

Specifically in Glen Burnie, MD. Was never given chances at other jobs after 7 months of working there. Bathroom breaks and lunch breaks required another employee to cover my job which I often had to repeatedly ask for, and one day even began to cry after being promised my break after the "show" and not getting it until a while later when I began to complain about feeling ill (from hunger). Another day I even went without a break because no one was "available" to cover me. According to another employee who had worked there for one year before quitting, I lasted longer than most workers there, yet still felt I was given no respect. When my general manager felt I wasn't moving fast enough, instead of encouraging me, she blatantly told me that she could do my job in half the time it took me. I may not have been the speediest employee, but I was very thorough, and insulting my work is not how a general manager should act.

Pros

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
