      Lots of room for advancement. Vacation time is nice except you can't use it January through March.

      Cons

      The hours stink. The clientele can be challenging.

      Pros

      Can be fast paced and very simple cash set up. Earning commissions is a nice plus. Amazing managers and General manager.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like im sinking when it’s just me at the front and having to do everything (prize, salad bar, dippin dots etc.) It’s easy to get overwhelmed especially during weekends.
