      Pros

      Fun!! Where else can you sing and dance all day while working. The kids love it.

      Cons

      Low pay and you work with a short staff ALL the time. CEC wants to save "labor" hours at all costs. They run you into the ground. No pay advances either. Pay little, work a lot.

      Free drinks on shift Easy/light tasks Fun work environment Lots of coworker team work Easy to take off when needed

      Customers not being able to understand the points and time system/the menu Loud and distracting environment Have to clean dishes even as a cashier when flipping salad bar Mostly teens/inexperienced workers
