Pros
-when you work parties, you have the opportunity to get tips -they give you a lot of hours - you have the opportunity to get a raise every 6 months -the workers become really close and even hang out outside of work
Cons
-they take half of your tip - they aren't very flexible with hours, you have to work every friday, saturday, and sunday -if you have the closing shift, you may have to stay really late, past midnight on fridays and saturdays
