Pros

Good coworkers, decent pay, fun environment, not much else to say in this category because it wasn't a good experience.

Cons

First of all, this was my first job. So let me start off by saying there was room for improvement on my side as well. The managers were horrible there. They were rude to employees, gave little to no hours (I used to work one day a week because and they would send me home when I got there), they wouldn't give breaks to anyone, and would work their employees long hours. The customers were horrible as well. They would leave their tables disgusting, and would yell at us if we tried to help them with their stuff on the table. They tipped poorly for birthday coordinators, or didn't tip at all. They let their children run around freely and they would get hurt and blame the employees for not watching their children. Overall, the whole business was horrible to their employees, but if you have a thick skin, you may be able to handle it. And if you expect to be home early at night, forget it. The managers have employees stay after their shifts ended to close, and would sit at the tables while the other employees did all the work. There were days where we would be there until 2 in the morning cleaning.
