Pros
delicious pizza at reasonable prices. extreme commitment to diversity, so much so that I was the only white employee at my location. our annual staff Kwanzaa party was one of the highlights of my time there.
Cons
I should have known better than to come back to work here after my disastrous experience working here in the past, in which I worked 80 hour weeks for over 10 years without once receiving a raise or proper overtime pay. after being begged to return with the promise that things would be different the next time around, I found that management's promises were emptier than the ball pit after closing time. frequent and relentless harassment and threats from my supervisor, including coercing me into performing a grotesque act he called a "doughjob." I was told that I had to comply with these demands or be forced to be on "Rat Duty," which is Chuck E. Cheese corporate jargon for wearing the Chuck E. mascot costume (not to be confused with "Mouse Duty," which is where we had to sift through the vats of pizza dough for dead mice). overall a soul-crushing experience, and now I feel that it is too late in life for me to start a new career.
