Extremely under appreciated. Very negative environment - Assistant Manager Chuck E. Cheese Employee Review

Upper management is horribly confused on what it wants constantly getting different directions from all corporate higher ups. Mangers are payed terribly, while having a very wide range of responsibilities. No recognition for hard work or for going above and beyond job description, in fact you'll be lucky if they don't tell you your ideas are terrible, and then a week later send a mass email telling everyone to use said idea and claim it was there own. Speaking from personal experience.
