Cons
- your job environment and overall satisfaction is solely based on how your district manager runs their district, how they go about certain things and what systems they have in place. - The job is really not made for those with families or other outside obligations unless you are a lower level staff member. You must be here during business hours which only range through the entire day. So if you work, you’re gunna be gone until the sun goes down. - vacation time again is solely based on your DM’s approval and is unlikely to be approved during prime vacation time like “spring break” when most families have the ability to travel. - The competitive environment is never ending and your results if not up to par can reduce your overall job satisfaction via your DM’s course of action - Your days off can often consist of “work stuff” - Continuous stress - Never have weekends off
