      Low employee morale in office. Doesn't promote female team members. Low pay scale. Do not do what they say they will do. Little or no praise for employees given.

      Pros

      Can be fast paced and very simple cash set up. Earning commissions is a nice plus. Amazing managers and General manager.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like im sinking when it’s just me at the front and having to do everything (prize, salad bar, dippin dots etc.) It’s easy to get overwhelmed especially during weekends.
