Pros
People can tip you as much as you want, most on average would tip me between $10-$100 dollars. Time honestly went faster for me and it was pretty chill I could rest for a little bit in the bathroom or just walk around my party ot get a drink.
Cons
Some parents are creeps! Also, it can be kind of draining to keep a happy expression all the time I one time wasn't smiling as much since it had been a long day and the family took is as me being rude and gave me a zero in my review which got me banned off parties. Personally it did get very hot running around and cleaning up sticky tables were also gross. Finally, you have to tell parents that tips aren't apart of the cost of the party as many assume so but even then a lot don't bring cash. My manager also didn't tell parents that we could accept cash tips and a lot were shocked when I told them we could.
