Pros
co-workers were amazing and friendly and helped you whenever you needed. free meal up to $20 (only cause i was a trainer) but all team members get 50% off food during/after shift. pretty flexible with your schedule. Tips are allowed if your a party host.
Cons
managers sucked! they are not professional at all! i constantly caught the manager talking bad about everyone. their always annoyed and everything you do isn't enough for them no matter how hard you try. the managers also are very rude and will yell at you if you mess something up, they also never offer to help even if they notice your struggling, also i have been verbally abused multiple times and once even told to go home cause the manager was so mad at me for something i didnt do. the gm isnt the worst but definitely should get replaced, shes always micro managing everything and if you dont do something the exact way she likes it done she gets annoyed and is upset with you the rest of your shift. everyone is overworked for the amount they pay, they never give raises no matter how long you have worked there, i got "promoted" to trainer and was told i would get a raise and after 6 months of being a trainer i never received it! even after i asked multiple times they also kept trying to tell me that my free meal is my "raise" i worked there for almost 3 years and only ever got a "raise" was cause minimum wage went up so they were forced to pay more.
