      Pros

      Very focused on training, safety, and treating employees with respect. Constantly improving and evolving. Employee ownership aligns everyone working toward same goals.

      Cons

      None. New so none to report. Experience has been great and supportive culture is evident with everyone i meet. Also good communication with staff.

      Pros

      Cianbro was a great company, the internship process was very positive for me and played a key role in me landing my first job post-graduation. My supervisor in particular made the experience great, as he would frequently mentor me and take me out to lunch every day. I would recommend this company to any college sophomore or junior interested in engineering internships.
