      Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud to offer profit sharing as we are 100% employee-owned. However, that means that we do not offer the option for 401k matching. We do offer a traditional 401k, Roth 401k, and ESOP options.

      Pros

      Cianbro was a great company, the internship process was very positive for me and played a key role in me landing my first job post-graduation. My supervisor in particular made the experience great, as he would frequently mentor me and take me out to lunch every day. I would recommend this company to any college sophomore or junior interested in engineering internships.
