Pros
At Pinstripe, I have had the opportunity to move outside of my professional comfort zone and learn and grow. I appreciate that the leadership would rather have you try and fail - take smart risks - than not attempt at all. I have seen myself and my peers pushed to be better at our jobs and to make the industry and our clients better and stronger.
Cons
Pinstripe is in a hyper-growth mode and this creates a disconnect between what it is and what it wants to be. In the rush to become bigger and better, there have been growing pains. Some are able to deal in the environment, some are not. Those that are will succeed, but those that aren't so willing should strongly consider their professional priorities and preferences before they join.
