Whilst we never forget any of our amazing Cielo colleagues – wherever they are in the world – we do understand that we have to work harder to ensure that our remote teams feel more included and engaged. Our recently appointed European Engagement Ambassadors (volunteer colleagues from among our region’s teams) have accepted the challenge of helping us to do just this and we hope to have some ideas to share back to you all in the second quarter of this year.
