THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK! Expect to be overworked and underpaid, little to no career advancement, no career development, many of the management are not qualified to be in the positions they are in. There is an incredibly high turnover rate and a hostile work environment. This place is the McDonald's of the RPO industry, not focused on quality, just quantity. Management will lie to you about compensation on bonuses. After terrible employee satisfaction survey results the decision from upper management was to give employees Lego's, little pieces of plastic to make them happy, employees don't want Lego's they want fair career advancement and compensation.
