Pros
Some knowledgeable guys and nice technologies. I think it is one of the best vertically integrated companies.
Cons
Strong favoritism. A small inner circle gets the RSUs and better pay, regardless of others' effort or contributions. Meanwhile, people with limited engineering knowledge are being promoted. There are also large layoffs every year, and staying often depends on being protected. Management is so poor.
