      Pros

      Good flexibility Nice to be able to Telecommute Decent Work life balance if your not a global employee If your a global employee get ready to work all hours of the day

      Cons

      Terribly incompetent HR team Pay for non-engineering roles is not competitive Absolutely no pay transparency Internal job board is outdated and does not provide enough info for those looking to transfer For all of their talk about 'people plans' and all of the survey's we fill out very little is actually done to increase employee morale No real career growth/progression opportunities If you do transfer into a new role HR does NOT allow you the necessary market correction of your salary - A lot of underpaid transfers Cost of benefits has risen quite a bit YoY Internal tech and hardware is despicable considering it is a TECH company Newly appointed COO is making decisions that baffle most Outsourcing jobs to India
