Not enough pay for the job performed. Concern among current employees regarding job outsourcing to India. Company does not care about it's employees, only about making/saving money. Employees leaving and new hires not being approved to backfill positions vacated. CEO, Gary Smith, hides on the 3rd floor and never comes down to communicate with the employees on the other floors. Guess he thinks he's too good to associate with the worker bees. Remember Gary, it's the worker bees that have helped your reap the financial success YOU are enjoying. Real shame.
