- Flexible work hours. Most days I show up to work around 10 and leave at 6. My boss is very supportive of this policy. - Accessible management. I have weekly 1-on-1 meetings with my boss where we discuss career planning and progress on my work. - Friendly, competent, talented coworkers - Great benefits including health, dental, relocation, gym reimbursement, etc
Cons
- Compensation is average for the area - You have to push management to take on more responsibility. Expected to be inundated with bug fixes unless you volunteer for feature development and new projects yourself.
