      Job provider Not great but good pay Few amenities but useful

      Cons

      No growth in terms of hike. No engineering culture. No onsite opportunity. Very unexciting workplace. Tiring, Noisy and over crowded. Senior behave like tribal chief. Survival fight among colleagues. As in north India, zero tolerance against liberal.
