Thank you for your review! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience working at Ciena. We do know that our work/ life balance is one of the many perks that Ciena offers. With that said, it does sometimes lead to office space not being completely full at times. Teams have been known to designate a day or two that everyone can try to be in the office at the same time for f2f collaborating. Thanks again !
