Just the trend recently to move the core engineering and other support components of the company offshore north and south is troubling. Over the last 20 years I have seen the same trend/balance test between the U.S.A. and other countries; however, after the dust settled and the metrics were evaluated, the U.S. still reverted back to be the core (i.e. mothership). The company is a great company and has next-generation products years before the industry; however, I’m concerned the current trend to move the primary components of the company out of the U.S.A. is a dangerous move and will impact the company overall success…..
