1. Employee friendly, Proper work-life balance. 2. Remote on-boarding during lockdown which was great. 3. People around you are skilled, lot to learn from them and makes you competitive. 4. Great employee - manager relationship. 5. Proper guidance by your peers and makes you feel at home :) 5. Lot of benefits which I have not seen in other companies such as Wellness and Fitness allowance, Covid-19 pandemic allowance, 30 days paternity leaves, Lunch and Dinner in office premises(free of cost ), extra benefits of Transportation. 6. Laptop cultures, they provide laptops with high configuration. 7. Great place for sports enthusiast. 8. Salary before month end, 25th of every month. 9. Great HR department.
