1. Management is poor 2. No official employee review system in company. The growth of any employee is completely dependent on thought process of Manager. 3. Appraisals, Variable payout, everything is dependent on manager. So, if you are not in good terms with manager, high chances, you will end up ruining your career, with no option of changing team or getting good work. 4. You have to work almost round the clock. There is no say of Indian counterparts for anything. For any closures, you have to go to US/Canada counterparts, resulting in meetings going upto late nights. 5. Few of the senior managers have no idea of managing a team, and distribution of work. There are people struggling to get good work, but still have to work day in day out for finishing the assigned tasks, which do not fullfill their career aspirations.
