Toxic Manager, Mental and Verbal Harassment - Software Engineer Ciena Employee Review

It depends on team, but my experience has not been rosy. My direct manger constantly yells at me at slightest mistake and not to say overload with work, assignments and what not. I have been working for more than 1 year, and the micromanagement is killing me. And the intensity of abuses hurled at me is increasing at a point that it is affecting my performance and mental stability. It can lead anyone to self doubt and depression. Other senior developer are also treated in similar fashion, they aren't much happy either. The management is intolerable and are under god complex.
